Terms & Conditions — AL-Fehmina Tour & Travel

Welcome to AL-Fehmina Tour & Travel. By using our website, services or booking a package with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from AL-Fehmina Tour & Travel.
• A booking reference number will be provided on confirmation. Keep it for all future correspondence.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable or partially refundable deposit may be required to secure seats (as per package). Remaining balance must be cleared by the payment due date specified in your booking confirmation.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other payment modes agreed in writing. Taxes and airline fuel surcharges are extra and subject to change.

3. Prices & Changes

• All prices are quoted per person in INR and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Prices may change due to increases in airfare, government taxes, currency fluctuations, or other operational costs. Any difference will be notified prior to final confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and airline/hotel penalties. Specific charges will be communicated at the time of booking.
• If your visa is rejected, refund (if any) will be processed after deducting visa charges, bank charges, and any non-refundable supplier fees.
• Refunds (where applicable) are processed only after receipt from third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities) and may take up to 30–45 business days.

H5. Visa, Passport & Health Requirements

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least six months from departure and for obtaining the correct visa. AL-Fehmina assists with visa processing but is not responsible for visa denials.
• Any vaccination requirements (including COVID-19 or others) must be met prior to travel. Travel will be refused if required medical documentation is incomplete.

6. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is included in our packages where indicated. We strongly recommend full travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other contingencies. Review your policy for exclusions and coverage limits.

7. Changes by the Traveler or the Company

• If you request changes (dates, name corrections, upgrades), additional fees may apply depending on supplier policies.
• AL-Fehmina reserves the right to make changes to itineraries or suppliers when required (e.g., due to airline schedule changes, government regulations, or force majeure). We will inform you as soon as possible and propose alternatives.

8. Force Majeure

• AL-Fehmina is not liable for delays, losses or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, government action, or other unforeseeable events.

9. Special Requests & Medical Conditions

• Please inform us of any special needs, medical conditions, mobility issues, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will try to assist but cannot guarantee fulfillment of all special requests.

10. Liability & Responsibility

• AL-Fehmina acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, airlines, and other suppliers. We do not accept liability for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, except where required by applicable law.
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services will be limited to the total amount paid to AL-Fehmina for the affected services.

11. Photographs & Testimonials

• By participating in our tours, you may be photographed or recorded. These media may be used by AL-Fehmina for marketing unless you notify us in writing otherwise.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata (West Bengal).
